Moroccan Pillow 18x18

A handwoven pillow cover from the Marrakesh-Safi region of Morocco, where Berber women have woven textiles by hand for generations. Woven from plant-based fibres with the lustre of silk, the cloth is dyed in rich, saturated colour. The hand-embroidered motifs, diamonds, crosses, and fine geometric marks, draw on a centuries-old Berber symbolic language once used for protection and identity.
