Teak Top Tenganan Side Table

Handwoven in Tenganan, one of the oldest villages in Bali, where the Bali Aga people have kept their weaving traditions alive for generations. Each piece is made from ata grass, coiled into an exceptionally tight weave, then smoked slowly over coconut husk to bring out its rich caramel colour. The process takes weeks, and the result lasts a lifetime. With a surface of reclaimed teak, this side table is woven around a metal base for added support.
